Badges from Same Counselor

While I was looking thourgh my merit badge blue cards I saw
that I recieved all of my citizenship merit badges from the
same person. I was thinking of getting enviromental science
from the same counselor also. The qestion I have is: Will it
look bad for my Eagle Board of Review if I have the same merit
badge counselor for 4 eagle required merit badges? I did all
the work for the merit badges and the counselor is not one of
my parents. However I didn't know if it would look like I
didn't do the work for them when they look at that stuff for
my Board of Review.

No, as long as he is the MBC for those badges, it will be ok.
Now if you got ALL of your MB signed by the same person, that
may raise some eyebrows.

I am the counselor for, computers, electricity, electronics,
photography, cinematography, camping, rifle shooting, shotgun
shooting and in a pinch pulp and paper.

It is not unusual for a counselor to do more than one MB.

That is true. My neighbor was a councilor for ALMOST every
badge offered.

I am a counselor for 33 merit badges, and it is rare to see
the same scout twice. I have sat on Eagle Board of Reviews
where they haven't even looked at the blue cards....the mb's
are listed on the application...the board of review doesn't
see the blue cards..the council has the application copy...the
counselor has a copy and the scout has a copy....
The council office checks the merit badges and dates when you
turn in the Eagle Application...so that should be checked at
that time.

I am the same way I am the merit badge counselor for most of the merit badges. There are only 3 active merit badge counselor in my troop. I see the same scouts all the time. Is doesnt matter how many you do with the same counselor. As an Advancements chairman I never send the blue cards to council. Just the Advancement report with the scouts name, Badge and date completed.
