Hi. My son's new to scouts. We went camping last week (troop
966 in Sterling, VA) and some parents mentioned this site. I
can't believe how much information you've gathered here, in
such a useful way! Thank you SO much! - a Boy Scout's mom

I definately agree with all of you. There is a shortage of
counselors in my area, so I usually use these worksheets to
finish most of my requirements. Great job, Optimist!

A fine site indeed! Well done Optimist.

Only signed up the other day after much debate with myself and
I'm very glad I did. Love to read other opinions on so many
subjects. Nice to share with other folks so interested too.

Yeah, me too. Both feet.

Ask Optimist any question concerning BSA Youth Advancement
(which is the purpose of this site), and you'll soon realize
that he has a gift (a talent) of being able to separate the
wheat from the chaff, whereby you get the knowledge you
need... clean, neat, correct... no fuss, no muss.
