fin2400,

Were you part of the "Cedar Eaters" squad?

Mark Twain AC5 all the way man!

I was in Section Seven, Crew One, Squad One, AKA Ben's Beavers.

Best week I ever spent camping by far.

I too was at Mark Twain. I was in Section 2, Crew 1, Squad 5. I did not know what to expect but Arrow Corps 5 was one of the greatest scouting experiences that I have had. I have never seen so many teen-age youth work so hard, day after day, and with such enthusiasm!

fin240000:

The summer camp that I attended growing up was Camp Sunnen, just outside Potosi, MO (actually Shirley, MO).
Part of it borders the Mark Twain Nat'l Forest.

Was the event anywhere near Camp Sunnen (Great Trails Council, IL)?

I don't think so.... if you want to get on the national parks web site look up Arrowmen Glade and they should have a map.... and I was in section 2 crew 1 squad 5.... so yes I know you :)
