High Adventure Topo Maps Via Gmap4

Postby PaulSWolf » Sat Apr 14, 2012 2:44 pm

Joseph Elfelt wrote to the U.S. Scouting Service Project and asked whether we could mention his new Gmap4 topographical maps on our site. Mike Bowman and I took a look at his topographical mapping tool and were instantly impressed with what it can do. I thought posting info about it here would be of interest to the readers of this board, too.

Mike Bowman posted a page on his NETCOMMISSIONER Site, showing what the software can do: http://netcommissioner.com/2012/04/high ... via-gmap4/ That page includes a copy of the note Joe sent us explaining the program, and a number of screen shots of the program in action.

Take a look and if you like it as much as we do, pass the info along to other Scouters in your Councils.
