What's the best method for keeping track of Rank Cards & Blue Cards?....

  • If you are a Scoutmaster (or Crew Advisor)...
  • If you are a Unit Committee's Advancement Chair...
  • If you are a parent; OR...
  • If you are the Scout...

....THEN, LISTEN UP!

Every single *new* Scout should always be given a three-ring binder (provided by parents) with at least one (to three) pocket certificate holders* (provided by unit(?)) to start off with:




There are several [bald] Eagle Scouts (on this board) who will not hesitate to tell you that they still have all their Blue Cards.

(*): You can never trust ScoutNet to be correct -- never. (Your Rank Cards and and your portion of your Blue Cards are your proof that you earned 'ABC Ranks' or 'XYZ' Merit Badges; that's the only reason you get them; and, ultimately, it may be up to the you --the Scout (and parents)-- to prove it.)
