My opinion: the old one was 1000x better ( the skin anyway)
This one is so different and the buttons and the colors. oh well

Agreed, Scouter.
Then again, maybe I am just resistant to change

Unfortunately, the guy who wrote the color scheme used by the old software has not yet converted it for this new software

We are hoping he will do so soon then we'll have our old color scheme back again

1. I now have to log in every time I visit, even though I check the box to automatically log me in.
2. It's difficult for my old eyes to see the contrast between what's been posted to since my last visit and what hasn't.
3. The most important feature has been retained - great discussions from knowledgeable scouters.

The login problem has to do with the DNS transfer. By tomorrow night, the ".net" address should be firmly in place and we will update the forum configuration. Until then, you may find yourself either at these new forums or at the old forums when you use the ".net" address. The ".ws" address is temporary until this issue is resolved.

For those who did not log in while until the color scheme had changed yet again, it's different now than it was when I posted that. It's much more readable now. I don't care so much what colors are used as long as it's readable.

I love it. Awsome work by a truly dedicated group of volunteers. If Irving ever needs something done right, they should always start with you guys.

Wasn't sure at first, but after being on here for about 30 minutes, I like it.
Thanks again for providing a nice place to come and visit.

I like the software, but I still don't like the colors as much. I prefer the contrast
