Wiki or CMS host for troop guidebook

I plan to move troop guidelines from a single large page hosted on Google Sites to a wiki or CMS* so that youth or adults may contribute. Why the large, unwieldy page? It's to facilitate printing or searching with a browser's search function. If you're curious, here's the page: Troop 440 Info page

Does anyone know of a service that provides free/low-cost wiki hosting?

Where is meritbadge.com hosted? Are they happy with the service?

I'm a software enginerd, specializing in human factors engineering, configuration management, controlled vocabulary, and network-based deployment. I'm a Scoutmaster and working my Wood Badge tickets.

Pretty easy info to figure out who someone's host or provider is... try the whois command and/or traceroute (tracert for you windows people).

I would recommend a CMS. Drupal is a great system once you get it set up. Most ISPs have the ability to host Drupal sites. There are modules for all sorts of content and the end users dont have to be coders.
