Troopmaster web version questions

I am familiar with the dotnet version, but need to know some thing about the
web version.

I am trying to help another troop learn the program better, and they are
using the web based version and having trouble syncing data.

In particular, they need to know how to sync their advancement data. They
tell me that they can update advancement on the web, but need to then
download the database to run the reports for advancements for Scoutnet and
courts of honor. Their problem comes when they want to re-sync that with the
web database. If they do this so all the reported/presented flags are
updated, it is deleting data from the activity calendar.

Manually updating the flags on the web version is NOT a reasonable solution.

Do they need to run reports differently than they are doing or is there a
problem with the way they are syncing the data?

Yes, but since we all have day jobs and their phone hours are 9-5 EST Monday-Friday, I am trying other avenues in the hopes of getting that answer sooner.
