My youth was filled with amazing scout experiences. As an adult, I would like to inspire the scouts I interact with to achieve similar experiences.
One of my most memorable experiences was the 15th World Jamboree. I'd like to wear the patch from that event above the right pocket on my uniform where we wore it back in the day.
The goal would be to get kids to see a patch they aren't familiar with, ask me about it, and then I could engage them in discussion that would hopefully cause them to think maybe they could go to one of the next two World Jamborees which are both within reasonable reach for them.
Would it be (un)acceptable for me to do that?
Thanks...
