We apparently still don't have a Cartography Merit Badge or equivalent. Not that posting here has any bearing on it being considered, but I thought of this topic when I ran across this article:

Which has this nice little tidbit in it: "The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts the number of cartography jobs in the US will balloon by nearly 20 percent between 2016 and 2026."
I wonder if we should try to organize some kind of push to get this added again. Cartography is definitely not dead. The tools have just changed.
