I am working on a Woodbadge ticket item and have discovered that some councils have a religious relationships committee but others apparently do not. I guess two questions come to mind quickly.....Are they helpful? and how should one go about starting one for your council?

Welcome to the Forum.
We have a pretty active Catholic Committee on Scouting here for the Diocese which covers 6 councils. Each council has a representative. We hold an annual Catholic Camporee (been going on close to 50 years).
As far as a Council Committee that covers all faiths, I've not heard of one.
