Good points to cover. A board can always cover more than what is actually required for rank. I would also emphasize that in the end the board cannot add or take a away from the rank requirements in the book to determine if a scout should advance..

Very good, let's them know were they stand and what they need to do in the furture, I personally like the goal idea.
