Webelos Den Leader Medal Needed

I am in great need of a Webelos Den leader Medal. It was worn around the neck.

None on e-bay right now.

2) Requested to MC a CoH and the uniform for Adults is "No Knots, Medals Only." The youth requested any professional Scouters wear the Official BSA Blue Blazer, Grey pants and tie.

So I now have two shirts (Scouter Tan and Venture Green) without Knots so I can be in what is being called a Ceremonial Full Dress Class-A uniform.

Your CO and Troop Committee are telling the adults they can't wear knots?
The Youth are setting uniform standards for professional scouters?

I would probably tell the CO, the Troop Committe, and the Youth of the troop where they can stick those rules.

Just stick to the standards set in the official BSA publications.

Wear the uniform appropriate for the position. Wear the knots if you have them. Refer the uniform police to the uniform guide, but make them go find it.

Sorry it is the Den Leader Award it is a blue ribbon with Yellow stripe. Medal is wolf head with "Cub Scouts". Webelos would be the all Yellow Ribbon.

Not my unit. And No, the CO and TC are not saying this. The youth being honored at the CoH is setting the high level of formality. The church where this is going to be held also has a "dress code."

Yes.

The entire "affair" is very formal with a sit down dinner afterward. All non-Scouter adults are being told to wear at a minimum a two piece suit in the invitation. The kid has over 200 RSVPs, is paying for my plane ticket and others he wants there.

So, while this is not up to the Insignia Guide stadards, I will gladly do my best to find the proper medal to wear.

He is also using water and dry ice curtains to use a screens during the presentation and calling of the Four Winds to testify on behalf of the Eagle Candidate. He will brought in by a few Native American characters and be presented to the Tribal Council for testing. While being examined, he will sit on a small stool, wrapped in war blanket. The Chief calls for prayer from the Medicine Man, calls for the four Winds, calls for his Scoutmaster, calls for his parents, and lastly calls for a young Scout who has been touched by the Candidates hard work and leadership. I understand this last section will be done by a group of kids, each offering a little hint of what the Candidate has done over the last few years in Scouting. Then the call for the Arrow that was 'shot" into the air at his Arrow of Light ceremony. Then it moves on to the investiture of the Eagle badge. I think this version is doing it in seven parts. Looks really cool. Most of the ceremony will be spoken in a Native American language. Music will be performed live using NA instruments. Even though I was not the Head Webelos Den Leader, I am the Keeper of the Arrow. So I have an additional role to play besides doing the English translation.

I have done the Arrow of Light ceremony that is written the same way - NA spoken with English translation spoken quietly. Our Four Winds were covered by fog oil and other theatrical lighting.

While I like organized ceremonies, I am not fond of "Hollywood" productions.
The more complicated the event, the greater the probability it fails, miserably.

A clean/pressed Field Uniform, with proper insignia, is suitable for BSA functions.

There's a point where too much insignia makes one look like less of Scouter and more like an admiral in some third-world country's navy.

I'll buy it from you. Themedal part is the same for the Cub Scout awards. I found a gold ribbon that matches. So I figured i could use some pliers and swap.
