Click on FAQ above and scroll down to "Can I post images" What you can do is limited.

It was disabled when the site was hit by a paintball group with some of the most vulgar pictures I have ever seen. They were mad that BSA does not allow paintball. We actually had to shut the site down and did not take any new members for some time because of it.
