But it could be? Anyway, a local Venturing Crew of Vietnamese, has a Training challenge. I'm trying to survey my Council for help, and reach out to others also. Apparently they have some challenges at Trainings, because of the heavy accent. I first thought they couldn't find Trainers to speak to them, but there are community resources around for that. Now I think the issue is more about how uncomfortable the attendees feel at Training.

Any input may give me a road to help them. I heard this at our University this time, and think it's a good deed to help.

Possibly set up training just for that crew. A couple of trainers and the crew leadership. That way they will not be with others and they can relax. Just my 2 cents 8)

Thanks, that's probably a good fix. Long ago, in a galaxy far away, our Cub Training team went all over the District, to ensure Scouters got trained. It was an effort, but very effective. The sceduled classes by District, always leave some gaps of missing Scouters you never see. Thanks, I'll follow up on this.
