Just an FYI. It is my understanding that the CPR requirements have changedI believe the number of breaths per cycle has double. However there is no new AHA training available yet. It should be out by the summer.

Yes they have changed. This is one of the reasons they now require renewal yearly. THis keeps people up on any changes.
Our boys love re-doing CPR. They get a certification card to carry. In fact last year the campus security guard at one of our schools had a heart attach and died. ONe of our boys commented that if he had been there he would have done CPR and and tried to save his life. Seems no one that was around knew CPR. Sad.

The requirements are going to change. Before it gets officially down to the instructors they are teaching the old requirements. Remenber CPR done poorly is better than not at all to some one who is not breathing.
