So far I am impressed with this Camp. When I first sent an e-mail about information, the Camp Director called me and spend about30 minuteson the phone telling me about their program.

So we sent in our second deposit a couple of weeks ago. Wed. night the Program Director called me and spent 45 minutes talking. Going over the badge program and other special programs the camp has.

I mentioned the calls to our DE at District Committee meeting Thursday and she thought it was a waste of their time to make personal calls like that.

Let me tell you. It certainly wasn't a waste of time to me. It shows me that they are truly interested in us coming to their camp. There are three other troops from our District going to SF this summer and all three have received calls.

They also have a orientation meeting for leaders in two weeks. THey expect you to be there. I will make the 3 hr. drive and be there.
