The Chartering Organization is ultimately responsible for the health and well-being of a unit. If you approach your District or Council, you will likely be advised to first approach your Charting Organization Representative to express concerns about major problems in the unit. The COR has the power and responsibility to appoint or remove any leader. He is their boss. Try this first (unless the COR is part of the problem.)
