Is it too late to pay for the Staff fee for a Scout that was assigned to jamboree staff around december/january (receipt of appointment letter)?

I don't see why you cannot. You may want to check with National about it. ALso what position was he assigned? That does make a difference.

If I'm not mistaken, it was on the Conservation Area.

If it is that should not be a problem. Send it in and see what happens. I know Clark Guy and he still is looking for staff.

Is it already too late to get on staff for Jambo?
I would love to go and be on staff since i wasnt able to attend when i was a scout
