wat would u reccomend for the first aid kit u have to prepare

it depends on what uses you want to use it for. first thing is to look into the scout handbook, then the fieldbook. then you can tailor it to fit your needs.

also is there a time period to wait between tenderfoot and 2cd class and what does it mean by requirement 13 for tenderfoot

No, there is no time period between Tenderfoot and Second Class. It would be stated as a requirement if there were.

req 13 is also in all the rest of the ranks. participate in a scoumaster conference. look at what the words and then think about them. its right there in black and white.

Check your scout handbook, the first aid merit badge book would also be a good resource. You can also ask your patrol leader or senior patrol leader.

Typically the Scoutmaster (SM) signs this at the same time as the Scoutmaster conference. This is based on whether you are showing the scout spirit by obeying the 12 points of the scout law in your day-to-day life.

If you are a friendly, polite and helpful kind of guy, there should be no problems with this. It is a requirement for every rank and even for Eagle Palms. If you are a problem kid who causes trouble and talks back or is dishonest with people, then the Scout master should be talking to you about how your behavior is not showing scout spirit and what you need to be working on before you are ready for the rewuirement to be signed.
