I spoke with a person from National Supply while at National Camping School and was informed that Cub Scout Switchbacks should be out this summer. She also said to look for Venturing ones within about a year or so.
Just thought I would share.....

I'm just thrilled that my little boys that are just starting scouts will have elastic waist pants. Other than the shorts, can you believe that the cub scout pants are the only style without elastic?

Would love to see some Venturing uniform accesories that don't cost an arm and a leg.

...thing better perhaps, is the new Shop opening in my town in a few weeks, woo-hoo! But yes, I'll be glad to see the addition of these items.

At my council Day Camp meeting the DE had a pair of the cub switchback pants. They are very very nice. I think the boys will love them.
