Rifle/Shotgun MBs this Weekend

Postby pipestone1991 » Wed Oct 17, 2007 6:19 pm

Looks to be a warm weekend in Ohio, perfect fall weather for the mbs. We are going down to one ASM/scout's land. Our SM is an NRA instructor and helped set up a trap area and 3 rifle set-ups. The younger scouts are taking rifle. Four or five (including me) are taking shotgun since we already have rifle. It looks to be an awesome campout, but sadly will be my last for 5-6 months ( Speech & Debate pretty much is my life from Nov. to Mar.)...so hopefully it's good!

Great camping. All nine taking rifle earned the mb....3 out of 5 of us who took shotgun got the mb (I got it). Weather couldn't have been better....too bad the Indians lost :(

Hopefully, the Tribe will win tonight, then on to the World series against the Rockies.

As ESPN Analyst Jim Rome said, " Why do Cleveland fans expect the worst? Because it always happens!"
