After a great weekend at the Hill ( 3.5 inches of rain Friday)I do Have some Info to give you
1. ALl councils will be sent a package of information about arrival at the Hill. If the directions are followed the buses and the Equipment truck will pass through with little delay. BUT one little screw up will cost the Contingent a great deal of time.
2. Any one visiting will go through normal Military security as dictated by the Alert Level. All adults coming through the Gate to visit must have photo ID's.
3. Mountain Boarding is being offered for the first time at one site.

5 Medicals are on the way out to everyone can be completed as soonas you get it. MAKE SEVERAL COPIES TO TAKE.
6. They are building an Air Conditioned Restaurant on Thomas Road.
7. Thomas Road is being split down the middle by jerse barriers and traffic will move one way to the center from both ends. Foot traffic must stay on the opposite side of the barrier and only cross over at the Manned cross walks.
8. They are still looking for staff, We really Need to be over the total number requested to account for drop outs.
9. Any staff member not reporting to work when scheduled will be sent home.
10. No staff member is permitted to leave early unless due to Illness or family emergency.

I've done so and have been told that it was lost somehow. The guy at council faxed them another one and I recently received a postcard from National saying they have gotten my application. I guess that was 2, maybe 3 weeks ago now.
