I think that they should have a basic version of youth training online for leadership.

yes, a basic version of youth training and leadership, or just how to be a good leader with a detailed description for each position

Youth leadership on line options, now that's a good idea folks. Y'all should start submitting such ideas and see where it goes. Actually, many others could as well. Like a yellow brick road I heard about, just start with the first step.
