100 Year Anniversary

Postby Nuts4Scouts » Sat Jan 19, 2008 3:41 pm

People have been wondering what BSA is doing to recognize/promote their 100 year anniversary in February, 2010. Here is a BSA web site for that event -

http://www.scouting.org/100years/

Unfortunately the 100 year logo contest is over, but keep checking the site for more information coming out.

I can't see the MySpace site. My "firewall" says I am an adult and that BSA page is for youth.

Same goes for the MySpace page that my crew setup.

Are we saying BSA has a page that adults aren't to see?

No. I am saying that there is software out there stopping safe adults from seeing MySpace pages that should normally be OK to see.

Since the pages are youth oriented, some adults are not allowed to see them for the protection of the youth.

Good idea, poor execution.

Interesting. I don't know about those my space places, except for all the problems related to such. I was getting the impression that it was a BSA move, thanks.
