I spent last Sat supervising archery at out local GSUSA council's camp (Our Churches' GS Troop was camping there and their council recognized my BSA archery/BB gun cert.)
I got a tour from the ranger (great guy, he's been restoring the camp from a several years long shutdown.) While we were walking around, I got to thinking. There were lots of things (trail marking, repair, and safety railings, etc.) that needed to be done and would make great Eagle projects.
My reading of the Eagle project rules (I'm FAR from an expert) would seem to allow this as it's not BSA property. I also think it would be neat to help out a fellow Scouting organization.
