They told me it was against the "rules" to record the BoR. Before I came up with the idea, I did a fair bit of research and I couldn't find anything saying that a BoR couldn't be taped, but I had figured that they would say something to that effect. However much I couldn't record, it was fun just to take it in and put it on the table. Their first reaction was absolutely priceless.

Remember that if you have a COH it is your's to plan and not the troops. You select the date, time & location, set the program and invite (or exclude) anyone that you want.
