I don't understand the Wiki thing. Is it a reprint of the Advancement book? Is it a commentary of the Advancement book, or somebody's interpretation?

It is the BSA ADvancement Book I believe

The 33088 Advancement Policy book is 70 pages. This is almost all of the 15 pages specific to Boy Scouts plus a number of general topics.

There is no commentary. The text is very clear by itself.

If you have the 2007 Printing, you have this reference. Much was clarified and amplified in 2007 though.
