PHG is correct you ticket items. Your ticket items need to be something that you can control. Also you ticket could change if you main job in scouting changed such as going to WB as a unit commitee member, them the next week you are the SM because had to move or loose his job.
Also remember and you will learn that you will alway be working on your ticket as long as you are involved in scouting.
