There was a rumor floating around at summer camp that it would become mandatory for at least one adult to have CPR and First Aid training for a tour permit. We had members of our troop and pack completed the training - not becasue of the impending rumor but becasue we felt our boys deserved it.
Seems as though the training requirement is always out before the training is made available for us to be qualified. Always a curious thought on leadership.
