Today marks 6 weeks for a boy in our troop and still nothing, today is also 5 weeks for my son and still waiting.

The lady couldn't/wouldn't tell you if it had been received/processed?

She also said that you must make sure that it was not unusual to have to it send twice. It sometimes does not go the first time. You need to go to your service center and ask some questions. IS it possible that the service center was never given the application after the EBOR?
