I just played around with this typing stuff in! I like this version alot and it is Very User Friendly. Now I wish they would have had this in 1988 when I did my project!

And, I guess I should have answered your question...

Changes made to any BSA Rank requirements become effective immediately upon being "released" by the National Council. Unless, of course, the change(s) otherwise specify an "effective date" -- which, in this case, is 1 Aug 09. But, I would strongly suggest using the new ones since we are getting close to the deadline.

Oh, and yes, the old (58-728A) "Eagle Scout Rank Application" has also been replaced (with 512-728). This too, must now be used.
