Funny Things with Jamboree Registration

Postby wagionvigil » Wed Jun 03, 2009 8:46 am

I have been helping Members of Crews from NR ARea 4 apply for the NJ staff. Two got letters yesterday welcoming them to their Council Contingent. I said that is wierd but great go for it. You see they are Both 16 year old Girls. They are from the same council (GPC)so we are in the process of trying to figure out where things went wrong. I have been in touch with Region and they are Shaking their heads. Dad of one of the Girls was meeting last night with the council Contingent leader and was going to ask him what is up. SO we wait.

AN update on this SOme Secretary at Flag Plaza was being helpful?? by putting everyine that is staff or participant in their data base which kept anyone else(national) from accessing those names. ALl it took was moving the staff out and all was well. Both girls got their LOA's the next week. SOrry I wa behind on this as I am geting a COPE and Climbing area ready for Sundays onslaught
