Was there a lifeguard on duty? Safety Afloat certified personnel?

Are they bringing the pool deck or whatever it was back in 2010? And another tarp and plenty of duct tape? That was hilarious in 2005...

I thought the whole point of redesigning the Medical form was to get away from event specific forms. :?:

They are the same forms but each has a different bar code. This will be on you ID tag also. This helps get medical help and your record anywhere at the jamboree.

My medical and password e-mail came on Friday.

Like wagionvigil, my work e-mail system put them in my Junk box.

BTW: I think the password is the same for everybody

My two emails came in over the weekend. I wish you could save the bleeping form with the data so I could make my entries and not have to re-enter the stuff. Oh well.... :|

Me, too.

How do I enter data, save the data, send the form with saved data to my doctor, have him enter more data, save the additional data, sign it electronically, so I can have a copy, he can have a copy and the completed from can then be set forth unto the Jamboree medical Staff?

They apparantly do not want you to be able to do that or they would have set it up that way. Believe me there is a reason we just do not know it.

Assuming that is a PDF. I think the issue is acrobat reader does not allow saves to filled out forms. Options: Use the full version of acrobat or use open office. If it is not a PDF then never mind.

No; PDF files can be created with savable data fields, which can then be used with Adobe Reader. That decision to make (or not) data fields savable in the PDF is made by the author (creator) of the PDF file, who uses Adobe Acrobat or some other compatible program.
