YPT

Postby SoCal76 » Fri Jun 11, 2010 11:18 pm

I am a MBC, I got an email saying that YPT is mandatory. So I go to the link they provided to register. I complete the first part and then wait to get a confirmation email back - I guess with the log in codes. I never received that confirmation email. I sent several follow up emails. No replies at all.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Scout HQ to get this cleared up?

Did you print your Certificate? You get no email back saying you have done it. Log back in go to e learning and look at YPT it will say Print Certificate

It was acting wonky when I registered my e-mail and created a username also. I thought they had it staightened out by now.

Thundering Wind has it right. I'm trying to register. So how do I get the attention of someone at HQ?

Thanks for the phone number. I did read the FAQ and I did send an email - actually three emails. I got no replies. The FAQ explicitly states I would receive a reply the next day. Didn't happen.
