My troop is having thier webelos campout in february and i wanted to ask for any suggestions for the younger scouts (10-12 years) and webelos, along with parents.

I was going to say go snow tubing until I read that you are from Fl. Anyway. Some fun activity that would involve tenderfoot/scout requirements. How about Fire building competition kids against parents? Foil Pack cooking. These type of things. If someone has a GPS go to Geocaching.com and see if there are any caches close they could look for.

i know in my troop at the webloes/new scout outing, we usually do a snipe hunt and cook a trash can turkey, and play capture the flag all weekend. from what i have seen, the most important thing is to make the boys feel welcome and make them feel like they fit in.
