Another successful year

We passed our troop's third Eagle of the year this evening. He is the 39th for the troop.

And we have four guys working on projects now, so a few more should be on the books for next year.

Although we are far from being an Eagle mill, most of the guys that stick around do earn Eagle. Just needed to brag about them a little.

I'm judging our year by the fact no one got hurt on any outings, the kids had a blast and yep some of them actually advanced a rank or earned a MB.

Those are all important too. And the same can be said for all our boys. One of our leaders, on the other hand, earned several stitches testing to see how sharp a knife was (and she really should have known better).

Safe and happy kids are great, whether they earn anything at all.
