Folks who work in group homes have many chances to positively influence kids that usually have not had the best family lives. If that is rewarding still to you, it's something to consider. If the new job is financially better, but a job where you may not be professionally fulfilled, then you have to consider how much your happiness may be worth to you. There are thousands of people underemployed right now, so finding a job that is financially better my be an improvement in the short term, but worse for your mental health longer term.
I wouldn't go too far to the other side, however and just do something that only makes you happy and doesn't pay the bills. Women in general don't like that long term, I would say.
If you're a person of faith, it's a decision that you may want to seek some guidance from above.
