Are there any "official" templates for the recording a Troop Scribe needs to do? Or can anyone recommend a resource for customizable templates?

Never seen one. Mine just uses a note pad, summaries the discussion and emails it out to the troop members.

Back in the dinosaur ages, before computers were invented, you could by a yearly troop log book. Nowdays, the scribe could just keep track of things on any one of the troop record software packages that are out there on the market.
