Anyone that can should attend a training conference.this was the second time I did this. In 1991 we all went my wife did cub camping, I was in the Roundtable conference, my first year Boy Scout went out for the week and my 8 year old daughter had the time of her life. There are programs for everyone in the family.this time being on the climbing faculty we were only at the PTC Saturday and Sunday. Monday morning we all loaded up and headed to Cimarroncito for a week in the back country. The views from the mountain were breath taking. Every morning we had a herd of mule deer join us for breakfast. Occasionally we would have a B 1 bomber make a low level pass down the valleys around us we could hear them but only once got to see them. Pretty cool! On Friday afternoon we headed back to the PTC FOR graduation and closing campfire. A really awesome way to spend a week.
