Eligibility Requirements?

Has anyone heard of any eligibility requirement change for membership in the OA? Our OA Rep says something is in the works. I hope it's a rumor!

I wonder how soon it would take effect. My unit's election is in about 12 hours.

i hear it won't take effect until 2016, if there is any change! Probably a NOAC decision.

Rumor is: A change in the camping requirement!! ?? !!

So I reach out to our Chapter Advisor to find out what is happening and am told I do not need to know. This continues the frustration I have with our Chapter and Lodge. Thinking just another reason not to renew my membership in the Chapter/Lodge.

This is likely because he doesn't know anything. I have not heard of any changes in the pipeline. I am no longer well connected so that doesn't mean much, but my experience is anything that gets to the chapter level doesn't stay secret for long.
