in our venture patrol, we are starting a shooting league, of sorts, and my dad would like to be the Range Safety Officer for it. according to BSA policy, what training is he required to have?

BSA offers several types of training for this you might check with you council service center to see when and where. ALso NRA certification is also accepted and again you would have to look in to that with the NRA
