The training folks are keeping their own records on each scout as they progress through the training and will provide a copy to the Troop Scoutmaster so they may have it as an "aid" to show how well each scout performed at that time. It is up to each Scout Leader to Test the skills after the camporee to determine if the Scout can sufficiently perform that skill.

Unfortunately here, we hear a lot of "Back to Basics" groans from the older guys if we try a Scout skills camporee.
