Can't find page for National Honor Patrol

I used to know how to find the requirements for National Honor Patrol on the .com site. I went there to reference them this week, and there is just a link to the .org (wiki) site for the requirements, but I can't find them on the wiki.

Did they get lost, or am I just not good-looking enough?

Okay, I added them back in BUT I don't have my copy of the current Boy Scout handbook lying around to check and make sure this is still a valid award. Somebody please look in their book and make sure it is still there.

Never mind about checking on the status of the award. I found it in the current Patrol Leader Handbook

Can this be awarded more than once? I'm wondering because the time requirements are within a 3-month period, and the award fits around the council emblem. Seems like a patrol who wanted to could rack up several of these.
