It seems that the latest mediawiki version is less forgiving with sloppy code. Specifically, I had missed some </div> tags in all of the navboxes which made no visual difference previously, but the upgrade caused a mess. Just keep an eye out for misbehaving tables, etc. and don't hesitate to point them out so that they can get fixed.
