Venturing (and other Scouting programs)

Someone is already placing Venturing requirements in the wiki. Is it time to start adding other programs to this site?

Yes! I would like to try to get a handle on the hiearchial(sp) structure of catagories (and shortcuts). I've already started; but, just barely. I'll should be able to get it laid out by tomorrow afternoon, I hope... If that's alright with everybody.

Venturing is really taking off in the NER and anything we can do to help we should
