Was trying to make some changes to links and stuff on the wiki page. Is it available for that? Or, are you locked down pretty hard? If I need an account, how do i get one? The link for loin/create account only allows you to log in. I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

It is the same as this. Same log on But it Might be locked as we are doing some work on it.
Make sure you put your council name in the location in your profile.

The create account is still not working, do you have any type of time frame when it will be working again?

We are working towards moving the site to a new hosting service. Probably, once that's done, we'll formalize the registration process and re-open registration on the wiki -- though, you would still have to register here first.
