can't log in on meritbadge.org

Okay, if I understand correctly, if I am registered here on the forums I can use the same login on the .org page. Is that right?

I keep trying, but it tells me there is no such username registered. So I think okay I will just create an account, but the create account option is pulling up the same page as the login option, so I can't even create a separate account.

I had hoped this was an issue related to changing the server but I just tried again and the same thing is still happening. Any ideas on what I can do?

The thing I would like to change is on the Tigers page. It says that to earn the immediate recognition emblem, the scout has to learn the promise, sign and salute. However the handbook is very clear in multiple places that is the motto, sign and salute. Perhaps someone will send that in for me since I'm not able to log in.

I see the inconsistency that you are referring to. The BSA publication "So You’re a New Tiger Cub Den Leader" says motto and http://www.scouting.org/CubScouts/Award ... ement.aspx says the Promise.

Mike had new members locked out until he moved the wiki I am not sure what the problem is. Did you Register there with your .net name and Password?

New User Registrations on .org are still not open at this time.

We are still workng to fine tune the process before we open it back up.

In the meantime, you can still access all of .org, just not edit.

I'll talk to Optimist to see if we can move this along.

Yes, that's the one I was using.
